Sustainability

We implemented sustainable production practices and systems, and developed research on Colombia's coffee region vernacular architecture at McGill University.

We reduced water usage in the pulping process by more than 90%, herbicide use in cultivation by more than 80%, and eliminated petroleum derivatives in the processing phase.

Eliminating intermediaries allows us to compensate our coffee growers fairly, while offering prices up to 40% lower than other specialty coffees.
